Recognition
Between work, family, traffic, and travel, an in-person weekly appointment can be the thing that finally makes therapy impossible to sustain. Video sessions remove that barrier for many people, without diluting the depth of the work.
Who telehealth tends to fit well
- Working professionals with limited midday availability
- Parents managing school pickups and childcare
- Clients traveling within California for work or family
- People navigating health, mobility, or caregiving demands
- Anyone who does deeper work when they are in their own space
What working together may involve
Sessions run the same way as in-person work, with attention to pace, body, and safety. We take time to set the space up in a way that supports focus, and to build in pauses and grounding as needed.
Eligibility and limits
Because I am licensed in California, telehealth sessions are for clients who are physically located in California at the time of the appointment. If a session is not the right level of care for what you are facing, we will talk about referrals. In an emergency, please call 911 or 988.
