Recognition
You may notice tension you cannot fully explain, sleep that does not restore, or emotions that arrive in the body before they arrive in language. You have thought about what is happening. You would like to feel it move.
Concerns often addressed
- Chronic stress, burnout, and nervous-system dysregulation
- Anxiety, panic, or grief that lives strongly in the body
- Sleep, energy, and the daily rhythms that shape mood
- Trauma-informed pacing for sensitive material
- Integrating therapy with medical, movement, or mindfulness care
What working together may involve
Sessions bring attention to breath, sensation, and pace alongside the conversations you would expect in therapy. We draw on mindfulness, compassion-focused, and somatic approaches, held inside a psychodynamic and attachment-informed frame. The pace stays yours.
Fit indicators
A good fit if you are open to slowing down and noticing the body as part of the work. It is not a substitute for medical care; when appropriate, we coordinate with your other providers.
